SILICONE SURFACTANT JSYK577

JSYK 577 was developed as special silicone surfactant of high potency for the production of Flame-resistant polyurethane flexible foam as well as conventional flexible polyurethane slabstock foam based on polyether polyols. JSYK 577 is useful to lower flame retardant consumption in flame-resistant foam. JSYK 577 shows an excellent emulsifying efficiency and compatibility when using polyetherpolyols. JSYK 577 possesses wide processing latitude according to the used amount and different raw materials. It offer very uniform cell structure and excellent air flow. Density is from 30-50kg/m3.

25kg plastic drum, or 200Kg Steel drum.

Precautions:
JSYK 500 Silicone surfactant for rigid foam should storage in cool place. The storage period will be more than 12 months keeping the drum sealed.
