SILICONE SURFACTANT JSYK580

YOKE 580 was developed as universal silicone surfactant of high efficiency for the production of conventional flexible polyurethane slabstock foam based on polyether polyols. YOKE 580 has very strong foam stability, emulsifying efficiency, and nuclearity It offer very uniform cell structure and excellent air flow. YOKE 580 makes it possibility to foaming 6-15kg/m3. YOKE 580 is applicable in systems for nearly all known flexible PU slabstock foam applications and technologies like production of seats, chairs, mattresses etc. in the furniture and automotive industry and for all kinds of damping devices.

Package: 25kg plastic drum, or 200Kg Steel drum.

Precautions:
JSYK 580 Silicone surfactant for rigid foam should storage in cool place. The storage period will be more than 12 months keeping the drum sealed.
